Sustainability runs throughout our business; it is our whole ethos. Our head of sustainability works with our team year on year to find ways to do things better. Better for the suppliers we buy from to the materials we use and the end of life planning for those products.
We believe it is part our role to educate our team, suppliers and our clients in understanding their impacts and how we can work together to do things better for the benefit of people, communities and precious planet. While we must be competitive to do business, we won't do business at any cost.
What’s key is that we can demonstrate we do this. With our commitment to the UN Guiding Principles – Protect – Respect Remedy; to being part of the London Living Wage and upholding several codes of conduct including; International labour Organisation – ILO, Ethical Trading Initiative – ETI, The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply to name a few. And in driving constant improvement with our sustainability accreditations. These independent annual assessments help us to challenge ourselves, to drive our ambition to constant year on year improvements.
