Debbie kicked off The Sourcing Team cake making … the idea to get the team in the mood for a bit of baking, sharing our creations and practice for the big day on the 30th September.
Debbie delivered gorgeous little butterfly cakes that tasted perfect … but things didn’t go quite so smoothly in the kitchen. Initially, Debbie planned to make us a lovely victoria sponge, but as you can see from the first image there was a small leak from her cake tin – what a mess! So, she then had to remake cake and had insufficient ingredients so completed these lovely creations at 11 pm … that’s dedication for you.
