Q: Can I order from the site directly?
A: Due to the number of choices (quantity, printing, number of colours, shipping requirements) we suggest you select the items of interest and email your request on the enquiry form. We can then check all your requirements and confirm back to you a final quotation.

Q: What do the prices shown on the site include?
A: The prices on the site are good as guide pricing, once we know your required branding and delivery requirements we will email you a formal quotation with all the details. Quotations generally take 24-36 hours. If your request is more complex we will advise how long we require, should it take longer.

Q: How long does it normally take from order to delivery?
A: The delivery time varies subject to quantity, branding, type of product etc. We have products which can be turned around in 14 days, other products in 3-4 weeks. Products we produce for you directly in China can take between 8 – 12 weeks.

Q: Do you provide a rush service?
A: We can provide a rush service and will do all we can to help in out with a last minute emergency – for speed just speak to the team about your requirement.

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?
A: Generally, our minimum order value is £500.00 – where possible we will try to assist you, again do call the team with your specific requirements.

Q: How can I arrange samples?
A: You can email your request for samples – if we haven’t worked together before we may require a credit card payment for samples (subject to the request) and when you subsequently place your order we will credit back the sample charge.

Q: How long do samples take to arrive?
A: Our samples are not all held in stock in the UK – many are from across Europe. We aim to provide samples within 3-4 days but we will advise subject to the samples required.

Q: Do I get discount for multiple orders?
A: We do aim to provide you with competitive pricing and are always happy to discuss volume discounts.

Q: Can you tell me more about the print and decorating options onto products?
A: There are a variety of ways we can print or decorate promotional products – you will find a useful download document with more information in the blog page under the section “Knowledge Base”.

Q: What are the carriage charges?
A: In order to arrange the most competitive carriage price we need to know the quantities and the shipping address. We will then price check to ensure we give you the best solution.

Q: Are all your products ethically sourced – how do you manage that process?
A: Yes absolutely, we care very much about ethical sourcing and we have procedures in place to check this throughout the supply chain.

Q: Do you have a full range of environmentally friendly products?
A: We have lots of great environmentally friendly promotional items – so please just ask the team to tell you more or, check the Eco product section on the site.

Q: Can you ship to our events around the world?
A: Yes indeed we can – we ship for our clients all over the world.

Q: Do you have a brochure you can provide me?
A: We do have a brochure – there is a brochure request form on the contact us page.

Q: How do I supply artwork for my logo/print?
A: You can attach your artwork file to the enquiry form as a jpg.

Q: Can we purchase in Euros?
A: Yes we can no problem – please ask for a Euro quote at quotation stage.

Q: Can I open an Account?
A: First orders are Proforma and then we can arrange for our accounts department to send you an account application form if you are going to be placing regular orders with us.

Q: Can you take Credit Card payment?
A: Yes.
