Title: Client Service Administrator - Apprentice

What is your role at The Sourcing Team?

“My role at TST is to aid the client service team however I can, this could be anything from creating quotes to gathering prices for product presentations. I am responsible for meeting and greeting visitors to the office, collecting post, making sure outgoing post does in fact go out and also keeping everyone’s mugs full with tea or coffee!”

Bit of background about you?

“I live with my mum, dad and sister and have always had pets in the house, has to be said, that dogs are my favourite kind of animal for their loyalty and undying love.

I grew up locally in Carshalton and attended Stanley Park High for both secondary education and sixth form. I’m a big sports fan although my favourites are football (Chelsea FC hold the key to my heart) and basketball, I have always been involved with football throughout my life, and I feel it has helped to improve my ability to work in teams.

As I’m sure everyone in the office knows, I love food. Most notably pizza or Chinese food, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to decide between them!”

What do you particularly like about working at TST?

“I feel the people you work with make a big difference to how much you enjoy your job, and it’s safe to say I’m very happy with where I am.”

What’s your favourite Promotional Product and why?

“I like my tech so I’d have to say anything I can use with my phone such as Bluetooth speakers or even phone stands. I am also a fan of practical items with more than one function.”

Name someone who inspires you?

“I would have to say my favourite rapper Logic, he lives his life with 3 words in mind: Peace, Love and Positivity. I have been to see him at Alexandra Palace and he was very determined to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves whilst encouraging the crowd to see each other as a big family.”

What is your favourite pastime?

“Playing football of course! I play as much as I can which is at least 4 times a week and if I’m not playing it, I’m watching it, and if I’m not watching it, I may well be playing a game based on it!”
