Are you feeling overwhelmed at work? Could you do with tips to help you manage the demands better?

At The Sourcing Team we run quarterly team coaching sessions and in conversation with Nabila at PsycheMe Ltd we discussed ways to support our team in coping with at times of stress.  PsychMe’s mission is to create more harmonious working environments with happier staff. I liked what they had to say so invited Nabila to provide a Guest Blog to share with you.

We all know that if we are happier we perform better. With the current climate including increased redundancies and financial cuts to name but a few – demands cannot be reduced – however our resilience can be increased. PsycheMe promises to provide – techniques to help you change negative thinking styles, attitudes and behaviours thus improving emotional wellbeing and reducing negative physical responses, based on CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) principles.

We deliver 1 hour, 2 hour, half day or full day workshops and these are set in the workplace for convenience and cost reduction. The capacity of the workshops depends on the space available and the needs of the service. An initial FREE consultation is provided to gauge how best to implement the services we provide and offer bespoke packages.

Prices vary dependent on the package designed but start from £50 per delegate or £250 per 1 hr workshop (based on a maximum of 10 in a workshop). Bigger workshops can also be provided with materials to facilitate these. We are confident that you will find these workshops fun, interactive and informative so that you get the most out of the sessions.

If further support is required following the workshops, individual services are provided in the form of counselling, coaching, CBT, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), massage, reflexology, acupuncture, dance and movement Psychotherapy, personal training and nutritional advice.

Please feel free to get in touch for further advice and follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. http://psycheme.co.uk/
